These items are specially designed for manufacture by 3D printing and we will always optimise the way the part is designed and printed to minimise cost and maximise
strength. Please understand however that due to the 3d printing process, it is not always possible to eliminate visible layer lines and printing marks.

3d printing with plastics may not be as strong as metal, but it's more than enough for rigid and reliable interior parts such cup holders, phone mounts or even mounting brackets and fuse boxes. In most cases the best choice of material for interior automotive parts is ABS/ASA for reasonable strength, good temperature resistance and excellent UV resistance. Other use cases may lend themselves to PLA, PETG or more specialised materials such as TPU or carbon fibre nylon.
